Description

Kat Kane was born under an auspicious blue moon and orphaned. She constantly got in trouble for stealing things. On her 13th birthday (which was also a blue moon), she transformed into a Florida Panther. Afraid she ran away from the Catholic orphanage and into the Everglades. There she met Sabal and became fast friends.

Kat often enlists the aid of Felix to help her obtain blueprints for the buildings hosting her targets.
Kat and Sabal have spent many years in the Everglades together.
